We are a Privately held partnership company, based in Mumbai (Bombay) - India's
financial capital. The company was founded in 1988 by Mr. Keki J. Vakil &
Kothari brothers as equal stake-holders. Our manufacturing facility is located
in Vapi, Gujarat: which is a close 100 miles from Mumbai (Bombay). This enables
our operations an easy access to train & shipping ports. Our annual turn-over is
$10M.
In 1989 - our first complete year of
operation, 13 mills were using our product. Today, more than 40 mills have been
convinced of the benefits of Alpenol, and are our loyal customers. The list is
growing steadily, both within the domestic and international markets.
Consumption of our product has increased from 148,000 Kg per annum in 1989 to
more than 6,000,000 Kg presently.
