Alpenol-FNR is our premier product, that works exceptionally well for weaving of coarse, fine and dyed yarn having very heavy construction on air-jet / rapier looms. Alpenol produces extremely good results on high-speed shuttle-less looms having speeds upto 1000 rpm for counts ranging from low to high thread count 100% cotton as well as blends like polyester-cotton, polyester-viscose, terry-rayon, 100% rayon and also 100% polyester-spun (poly-ester staple fiber). There is a marked increase in efficiency and yardage; along with a decrease in dead-loss, value-loss and an overall saving in humidification costs.

Alpenol-FNR is our most versatile sizing material, ever - and is preferred by most end-users for it’s simplicity of usage and outstanding results. It
"cooks" at 90°C, and hence does not require the use of a pressure cooker. By having a lower cooking temperature, cost savings are realized. This product is available in 25-Kg bags. Each bag must be used in-tact, and must be used completely in order to achieve goals for yarn strength and weaving efficiency.

In the global competitive environment, quality and cost both play a  vital role – manufacturers who can cheaply produce superior quality cloth will have the edge over counterparts/competitors.

Features & Advantages of ALPENOL-FNR:

Yield percentages guaranteed in the upper 90's
 -
97% or higher is common, if ALPENOL is used as per the manufacturer's instructions & guidelines.
 - Higher efficiency begets more fabric and run-time without thread breakage, leading to greater profits.
 - Saving in dead-loss from 25% to 15%. All mills using this product get between 15-17% dead-loss.
 - Works great even with fine thread & high thread count fabrics.

One-Shot Application
 -
Usage is extremely easy, with no room for human / operator error.
 - Only additional ingredient required is water. Does not require any additional sizing product / chemical added to the mix.
 - Lowered inventory costs as it does not require use of other ingredients.

Less to no thread breakage during weaving
 -
Fabric is composed of longer contiguous threads.
 - Breaking strength of yarn increases, elongation property improves because of exceptional penetration & pliability of sizing film over the yarn.
 - Smooth outer and inner surface of yarn offers least abrasion to threads and reeds, resulting in increased robustness.
 - Ductility and malleability of thread improves.
 - Better length of thread will bring down packaging and labor costs in the finish / folding department.
 - End product's perceived quality / image is upgraded.
 - Product sees more demand and consequently warrants a higher average selling price (ASP) in domestic and international markets.

100% ECO friendly product, all natural ingredients.
 -
Free of bio-toxins such as PCP.
 - Complies with guidelines set forth by EPA & DOT.
 - End product will be well accepted in over-seas markets like EU etc. that are notoriously stringent on enforcing chemical control laws.
 - Cooked at 90C, without the need of a pressure cooker. Significant reduction in energy costs associated with the sizing process.
 - Lack of humidification requirements results in a overall reduction in utility costs. Offers low warp break even at 10% (low) relative humidity.
 - A more comfortable working environment results from not needing special (additional) humidification.
 - No environmental pollution as the BOD / COD is much within the stipulated standard, hence no effluent problem.

De-sized with an Enzyme
 -
Superior brightness in fabric after de-sizing / bleaching.
 - It is not prone to mildew formation (hence suitable for shipping/export).
